Delivery Charges

Take advantage of FREE STANDARD DELIVERY Australia-wide on orders over $50.

Moose and I do everything in our power to have your item dispatched the same day of the order (when orders are made before 2pm) however at times this is not possible and the order will be shipped the next day.

We also offer Express Delivery service for a flat rate of $15.00.

For orders less than $50 we charge a flat rate of $10 for postage and handling. Moose and I offer a flat rate of $40 for overseas shipping

Standard Delivery

Most orders are received within 3 business days via standard delivery, but you should allow up to 5 days for your goods to arrive.

Our standard delivery times are indicative only, and while we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we will contact you straight away in the rare case of a delay.

Order Delays

Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If your order is delayed for any reason a Moose and I online representative will contact you immediately to advise of the delay.


You can return full-priced items for exchange or refund within 14 days of your receipt of the parcel.

Please note we do not accept returns on sale items purchased after 29th December 2014.

Return Conditions

Item Condition: We ask that goods are returned in an unworn, original condition and all original tags are attached and/or are in their original packaging.

Health and Hygiene: Due to our health and hygiene there are some things that cannot be returned (unless they are faulty). This includes earrings and underwear.

Faulty or incorrectly described items: Faulty or incorrectly described goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded according to the statutory rights of the customer, and in line with the warranty policy.

Refund Transactions: Refunds will only be issued in the same form as the original payment. For in-store EFT transactions, the same cards must be present at POS.
