Returns and Exchanges
Full-priced products purchased from the Moose and I store may be returned to the Moose and I store for a refund/return if returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Unfortunately in store purchases cannot be returned to the website store, however the website customer service team will be happy to assist you with your purchase where possible.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we gladly offer an exchange or full refund provided that the product is returned in its original condition, within fourteen (14) days of the date received. You can simply return the product to our retail Moose and I store or post it back to us. If you decide that you would like to post it back to our online store then postage charges will be incurred by the customer.
If an item is faulty or we have incorrectly sent you the wrong item then Moose and I will cover the cost of posting the item back.
If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit. Please see instructions below for defective items.
Defective items must be returned to mooseandi.com within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
Returning a standard product
2. Affix the returns label to the outside of your parcel.
3. Items may also be returned to the Moose and I store.
4. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped.

Please Note : If the order was placed incorrectly by yourself you will be charged the return courier fee.
- The return must be received by mooseandi.com within (14) fourteen days from date parcel is received.
- Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by mooseandi.com
- All returns must have the returns label attached or enclosed.
- Any item that is returned to mooseandi.com without a return slip will be returned to sender.
- If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact mooseandi.com customer service team on (02) 4227 2902 to confirm if your return can be accepted.
